A Trackily plan is two things bundled together, a one-time custom build of your app tailored to your workflow, and a monthly subscription that keeps the app running, supported, and updated.
Once you pay the custom build fee and we deliver your app, your first month of subscription is on us. You start paying from month two onward.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us. Your app keeps working right up to the end of the period you've already paid for, no early cut-off, no surprise lockouts.
The custom build fee covers real design, development, and setup work done specifically for your business. Once paid, it can't be refunded, even if you later decide to cancel your subscription.
Small tweaks are included with your subscription. Larger changes, brand-new modules, or major redesigns are scoped and quoted separately before any work starts, so there are no surprise invoices.
