Each customer gets their own Trackily app. No public sign-up page, no shared multi-tenant fishbowl where an outside user could stumble into your workspace. The whole class of leaks that come from generic apps mixing thousands of companies together simply doesn't exist here.
All traffic is served over HTTPS with modern TLS. Data at rest is encrypted on managed cloud infrastructure. Backups are encrypted as well.
Modern password hashing, secure session management, and per-user tokens. Optional SSO on Enterprise plans. Passwords are never stored in plain text and never logged.
Admin, Manager, and Employee roles ship out of the box, with granular permissions on top. Employees only see the jobs, hours, and screens they're supposed to. Every sensitive action goes through an audit trail.
Automatic daily backups with point-in-time recovery on the managed database layer. The app runs on modern edge infrastructure for fast, resilient delivery.
